Customer Satisfaction

Being refunded for a product for which not only had I been overcharged but also not been given the advertised discount, and then been given the item at no cost, is what I call customer service and making sure that customer satisfaction is a priority.

On another occasion I wanted to gift an orchid to a friend in another province – Woolworths to the rescue. I bought a gift card locally and between one manager to the other the gift was delivered on my behalf.
