Customer is King Woolworths - dont forget!

Bad experience at Morningside Shopping Centre supermarket where the prices are not even correct when one cashes up at the till. What's on display is completely different. The lady packing says she works on the floor and not at Woolworth's and tells me that I picked the wrong product. Took her to see the product on the shelf and she kept quiet then. Staff definitely need training. Bottom line still got the product for free. Manager comes up with some stupid policy about 1st product and 2nd product, like dude whatever! Go and put a policy or sign up! Woolworths train your staff...bad bad service...
