I'm astonished about the recent service I got at Woolworths Westgate I had an intention of buying then I took a trolley as I was with my baby boy to put him on it we looked around unfortunately we did not get What I wanted so we I decided to go since I'm not getting what I want when I get to the door the security guard makhubele demanded a trolley when I ask why cause there was a baby on it she told me that I didn't buy anything so I cant take the trolley she even confirmed with charles I dont know if he's the store manager or what but I find insensitive is it my fault that Woolworths Westgate doesn't not have carbs clever muslie What happened to customer centricity That is one ,of the reasons I closed my account it's because of things like this
