Customer Care Staff at Financial Division useless

<p>Eastrand Mall staff rude and unhelpful not to mention unprofessional. Was refused to use a passport to collect my card but was allowed to close the account using ID with ****en name, staff insisted policy at Woolworths requests green ID book but was told that I can produce marriage certificate as proof, stupid and crazy consisdering that passport is mote authentic, worst is the amount I am owed by Woolworths was written off without my permission and to top it all, I am charged R50 for a replacement card that I do not want.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been loyal to woolworths for the past 10 years but I am taking my money somewhere else and I must be reimbursed my R50.00 plus the balance woolworths owes me, I do not want a gift card or a voucher because I am never again going to make any business with them.</p>
