Crying over spilled milk

Your problem does not constitute an emergency in my life, not should it inconvenience me, your customer. Went to the Woolies Foods Noordheuwel outlet. Normally one of my favourites to visit but not anymore. Another customer spilled milk, and the area had to be cleaned - I understand. But we were requested to walk around the tills and unload our trolley. But the way we did this upset the cashier - highly irritated. The other lady kept bumping into my elderly mom and pushing her into the til. The manager, Thapelo, saw all of this but chose to look away. Worst service ever!!!!!
