Just a word of warning to others returning goods to Woolworths<br> Some months ago I returned shirts that were too small, and to my astonishment the ladies behind the counter said that as I was exchanging the shirts for a larger size I was required to pay more for the larger shirts, which I did but then phoned to report this abuse to the manager who was away, I was subsequently helped by someone else, but the whole episode and subsequent erosion of trust has left a very bad taste, and now I tend to avoid a place that I had grown up with and had trusted.
