Cresta woolworths ****** manager

Norman a so called manager at Cresta shopping centre. Showed no respect to me when I came in to return an item. He **** to me about me getting cash refund. He was totally rude with other managers , ****** because I'm coloured. Went and got a gift card for me when I did not want that and called security to throw me out. I went to greenside with the same item who were very nice, treated me with respect however could not provide the cash back as Norman had gone and done a gift care which I did not ask for. The manager at greenside advised me that Cresta should of provided cash back as per Woolworths policy . He contacted them and spoke to a gentleman who did call I forget his name. If he could please call again as I need my refund sorted out correctly and without Racisim
