Credit records not updated for a 11 months

<p>I settled my woolworths loan account in August 2015 and even got a settlement letter from the woolworths lawyers. till date they did not bother to update their records on the credit report. after 11 months of paying off their debt, i still appear as someone who is owing and the amount is increasing, and thus negatively affecting my financial life. </p> <p> </p>
