Credit not paid on Closed Account

I do not know how you do things at Woolworth, but it seems like your just a greedy company who are benefiting from the poor,. I would like to have my money that was on credit on my personal loan that I overpaid to be paid to my account, it might not be that much but it is something to me,.

At first I asked for the account to be closed early February, but it was not closed, I had to constantly call and be **** to by the consultant that the account was going to be closed and the credit was going to be credited to my account to no avail, I call again on March as the account was still showing on the bereuw, and person I spoke to told me the same story as before, and finally I called on the 17 and I was told that the account was closed on the 12, but there is no where it shows where the Money went to.
