Credit Limit Increase

What a **** service from Woolworths financial service department. They call almost every hour reminding you of payments on accounts but when it's your chance to request for a credit limit increase they have no direct line to request an update or assistance. It also takes them 5 days for a credit limit increase approval. If I know this wascthe case, I would have never opted for the increase as they hVe now already done an ITC check on my credit history. Very disappointed in the service.
