Credit clear

I paid off my account 2019 and closed it but the consultant who helped me didn't do so.2021 i want to buy an apartment im on Credit Bureaus cause of Woolworths.I phoned an query about it then they send me the paid up letter. Now I've been phoning talking to many different consultants not even one helped me to clear my name or remove the red flag on my name. Every consultants been saying will send your details since March till now. No help at all.
