CREDIT CARD WOOLWORTHS

I want my account to be closed i paid this account up on the 18.09.2020 and received confirmation email 21.09.2020 but yet the account is still showing as open and in arrears. I am tired of calling , sending emails requesting for the credit card to be closed off. How long does it take for one account to be closed and my information updated on the credit bureau. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED
