Credit Card Issue Statement

Hello Peter I had a Woolworths Visa Credit Card and was unable to pay for three months due to unemployment. When I got a job I managed to pay R750 every month and settled the account last and got a paid-up letter. When I check my credit score with the credit bureau it says that I have a balance of R256,50 remaining. This is really frustrating because my details haven't been updated with Credit Bureau. Please assist as this isnt my first complaint with this company regarding this matter.
