credit card installment

Iam writing this with a heavy heart as Iam disappointed by the service received at Woolworths ,I paid R250 on my credit card on the 27th of June at The groove Mall received several calls from them telling me that they have not received such an amount was requested to send my proof of payment of which i did to missingpayments and nation recovery email, an acknowledgement of my mail was send back to me,I went to Woolworths store in Mamelodi to send again my proof of payment but untill today my credit card is still not updated yet,
