Credit card

Last year I got approved for a Woolies gold credit card with R28K credit. I did not use the card as there was no reason to, I just tucked it away for rainy days. Fast forward to today, I need to use the card and the Montana Woolies escalated to their credit department and the card was on hold. To my surprise I now have to re-apply, re submit docs with a head shot picture to annoy me further. I did not know it was a must for me to use the card even when I did not need it. For me it was meant for rainy days and not for fun and I am rather disappointed at this outcome. Lerato: ***
