Credit Card Department and Consumer Friend POOR Service and does not feedback

Have a credit on my card, I want paid out. Sent from Consumer Friend to Debt Review to Woolworths to Consumer friend but the credit amount not paid out yet after letters have been issued that my account is paid in full and not the card is not under debt review, my credit amount of R12000 does not get paid to me??
