Credit card collection

So i app**** for a credit card at cresta and i was send an sms saying my card is ready for collection. Yesterday i went to collect the card and i was told the printing machine is not working i should come back. i left my details for them to call me an let me know the following day. No one called so Today i called they telling me they waiting for a customer to come in only then they can tell if the machine is working. How is this service if i may ask? yesterday i wasted my time and petrol to go there to collect a card that is not even there?. So i called the call center to ask if i can get the card printed at North gate she says YES. i called North gate to confirm the say No. I have to go to Cresta. I am so ****ed right now. there are so many ways to make things convenient for customers but you guys are making our lives difficult. 1 you can have a card printed prior and i can just collect it. 2 you can deliver the card. 3 You can have the cards printed at other Shops.4 you can organise temporally cards but NO. So just so you know your consultant are the most confused people. Get it together please. What a waist of MY TIME.
