I would like to lodge a complaint about the Woolworth Credit department. I lost my employment during the lockdown in May and I communicated with Woolworth and submitted all the required documents and made an arrangement with them that I'll be paying R300 monthly and I've never skipped that arrangement but to my surprise I'm often time called by the debt collectors appointed by the same Woolworth credit department I communicated with to ask me about the payments
