Credit Card Activation

I am trying to activate my credit card since Saturday...with no success. Was sitting for 2 hours at Kolonade waiting for Customer Services head office to answer. I live in Brits to travel all the way to Pta and then Monday again. According to the Financial Services dept the card is activated. Today still not working...This is very very poor services
