Credit card

My name is Kabelo,I have app**** for a credit card from Woolworth's three weeks ago.the first consultant I have spoken to read a contract for me and we concluded the contract.she sent me a link to take a picture of myself and I did that.told me that everything is done I must wait for an sms notification to go to Cradle stone mall and collect the credit card.till today I haven't got that notification and I don't know anything.please help me i need the credit card.
