Credit card

Ihave a creditcard with Woolworths from 12/2023. Lost my pin number. Went to ABSA bank to reset it. When i want to use it " pin blocked" Went the bank again and reset it. Same again. Went to the bank again on 07 December 2024. Again the pin was reset. Same story again. Went to the local Woolworths branch. The credit department was contacted. Support team will phone me. No call from them up to now. Poor service Woolworths.
