Credit Card

I call into the credit card number - ***<br> get put on hold for over 15minutes my enquiry is about a ********** transactions on my account which I blocked on the 18th of April and the guy opened up an enquiry, was told you go in to a Woolworths branch not a food store but where there is customer service I go in stand in the queue and fill out a declaration form a week later I get told I must go into Absa and fill out a declaration form does not make sense no one can get this problem resolved can help me card blocked on the 18th of April but transactions still happen after that?????<br>
