CREDIT BUREAU NOTIFICATION

I am a 53 year old accountant who works with millions of rand per month. Last month I forgot to pay a R 300 installment on my account for the first time in my life due to the fact that I had a lot of stress at work. I paid it yesterday only to receive a notification today that THREE credit bureaus are being notified of my negligence. I usually pay a larger amount than is due every month on my account. What type of customer service is this? I have been a loyal customer for more than ten years and this is the treatment I get? I am very unhappy about this as I made a mistake and forgot to pay my account, it was not intentional.
