Credit Balance

In 2016 I had a stroke, which left my jobless, all my debts were taken over by Debt Restore, this included a Woolworths store and credit card accounts, according to my knowledge has both accounts been paid in full, however on the Woolworths app, my account profile states that I have almost R1000 credit with Woolworths, several messages and phone calls to them wherein they deny the fact that the owe me money. I need a proper answer *** ***72
