Credit application declined with no good reason

Credit card application declined because credit score too low.

I have no debt whatsoever and have been paying my debits every month across different providers. I spent around 15k in woolies alone every month and yet woolies has decency to say that I do not qualify for their card so that I just can get some benefits for spending money with them. This is just ridiculous treatment.
