CPA

Returned a new pair of pants with a hole in the material. Chose to have it replaced with the exact same one. In the mean time the price increased. They expect me to pay in the difference. If I understand the CPA correctly, then this is not acceptable. I don't want a refund. I want a replacement. And I have the right to choose. They want me to pay up for their poor quality!
