COVID safety

I think that Woolworths is making it extremely difficult for paying customers to stay out of crowded areas. I tried buying a few simple t-shirts from them online. Firstly they don't deliver in my area , which is about 10km from Kolonade Woolworths. Then I thought , ok. I will then buy it and then pay EXTRA for a courier to collect my stuff and deliver it to me. But no. When I tried buying the stupid t-shirts it said that those item are not allowed to be "picked up". So Woolworths is forcing me to go into a crowded shop to collect 5 t-shirts. This is so so wrong.
