Covid 19 baby clothes

Yesterday I received a great service from woolies when I went to buy baby clothes on sale.They are selling clothes from 0-24 months & my baby is 11 months but wearing 36 months. May this rule be reviewed because my baby doesn’t have winter clothes & the ones I bought are small.
