Country Road Shirts - Very Poor Quality

<p>I bought 3 expensive Country Road shirts a few years ago.</p> <p>All 3 are fraying at the collar and tearing along the left sleeve. </p> <p>I have much older shirts that were far cheaper that don't exhibit either of these issues.</p> <p>Very poor quality indeed!</p> <p> </p> <p>What do I need to do to take this further?</p>
