Country Road Defect

I bought a Country Road golf shirt for babies online on 19-12-23 and chose next day delivery. The shirt was delivered few minutes ago. When i opened the box, the t-shirt is filthy with white marks and lint. The cotton is hanging from stitches. When i called the support centre im told about a warehouse turn around time of 24-48 hours. Thats ubsurd as I needed this for Monday and cannot go to a shop to exchange. There is no woolies with CR closer to me. The closest is over 25km away.

I am disappointed.
