CONTINUAL PAYMENT DEMANDS FOR AN ACCOUNT I DO NOT HAVE....
The One Star is under duress as with a rating I cannot voice my problem.
Despite numerous attempts, telephonically and via email I continuously receive threatening text messages demanding payment for an account that I do not have. Mail Shot type replies from Woolworths to my emails are always from a different person to the effect that my query has been passed on to the Credit Manager/ Accounts department etc etc. for attention. Give me a name and a telephone number for the direct phone line to the responsible person. Attempts to resolve this matter telephonically are futile. The customer service department transfers my calls to who knows where, the call then gets passed on again like a hot potato until eventually I have hang - I have a day job to attend to.
I am referred to in the emails by a different name , so I gather that Ms X is the account holder. Clearly the reader of my email has either not understood that the point I am trying to make is that I am NOT Ms X, or has simply hit the automated reply button without bothering to read the mail at all. Clearly there is incorrect information recorded on the accounting system and nobody cares about it. Todays response to my email was the last straw, a thank you for contacting customer services and a request to rate their customer "service". Where to from here Woolworths? Do I need to seek legal advice (at your expense) in order to put an end to this form of harassment?
