Continously late delivery of products

I would like to bring to your attention a service delivery failure at Woolworths, GARSTKLOOF found in Pretoria East <br> <br> I have visited this Woolworths branch (GARSTKLOOF) 3 days in succession on my way to work. I stop buy believing that Woolworths is open to market their products timeously and professionally, thererfore I can take a few minutes before work to make purchases. This is not the case, I found the delivery truck to arrive late on an on-going basis. This displays poor service at this outlet due to poor planning and organising and is now a service culture. <br> <br> This should not be a customers problem and whomever in management responsible for this is definitely failing miserably on maintaining customer relations. The staff from the Engen garage which surrounds Woollies is impressive, but its shameful that Woollies poor service delivery, is left to be dealt at the expense of their hosts.<br> <br> Please review your service delivery as its appalling to customers and reflects poorly on the competency levels of Woolworths Management.<br>
