Contaminated soda

I purchased raspberry soda (among other things as per usual) the soda has a grey sediment settling at the bottom of the bottle, every day I need to let gas out as the bottle expands, smells like methylated spirits or chemicals, the coulor isn't right, ive sent messages and was told the food team would be in contact, no one has contacted me, usually they are on top of things but not this time which concerns me as the soda is clearly contaminated with something.
