Contaminated Macaroni & Cheese

I purchased a packet of Macaronii & Cheese from the Woolworths store on the Bluff (Dbn) on ***5. The use by date on the package - ***5. on ***5 I gave a half serving to my young daughter (she will be four next month) for lunch and when i was giving her the balance for supper noticed the macaroni looked green. I have photographic evidence of this. i didnt give her anymore and put the package into the fridge to return to the store. i noticed that the outer packaging showed ***5 but the inner ***5. On Sunday my daughter started to vomit and has been ill since. i have taken her to the doctor twice and we are now treating her for suspected Clostridium infection. Returned package to store ***5 by which time entire contents turned green. i have been advised that the earlier date is the production date. This means that the use by date is 10 days later for a product which is NOT kept under frozen conditions.the incident was logged with Customer Care. I have now been advised that the issue with the product is temperature abuse which cannot be right. I heated a portion at 130pm on 19th and stored the balance in the fridge to find fungus on it in the eve. Shocking!!
