Contaminated Juice

Dear all,

I'm really disappointment by how I was treated as a long standing loyal customer that spends thousand of on monthly basis with you guys. On Saturday morning last week we've open a bottle of fruit juice my kids and I whilst having breakfast. My little one David said the juice was tasting strange my Mrs dscover that there was a big peace of mould that was growing inside and could not come out into a glass even though we've poured a glass. I called the call centrenal and I was shown empathy and told someone will call to arrange a collection to investigate further as my little cosume abit so I was really concern as a parent. I received a call on Monday from another person and told they will take this matter very serious and hence yet again I explain the importance of my child and told someone will come over to collect. The next day I received an email stipulating that there was a problem with the package and there R100 voucher was given to go and claim at the store I was in shock.

I don't think you understand or value your customers.
