Contact details got out

I brought a herbed tea making kit from the Woolworths Store at Edenmeadows in Gauteng, it was broken when I opened it and so returned it. When you return an item you give them your name and contact details. Later that day I got a message from a man saying that he had “stole” my number from Woolworths, I was concerned as to how my contact details were able to get out and sent an email to the Woolworths customer services and got an adequate response, I then got one from the branch manager basically saying that it was not a staff member and he was unaware as to how this man got my contact details. I emailed Woolworths customer services again to voice my concern as to how no one really cared as to how my personal details got out, I got no reply. I am under 18 and found this very inappropriate as to how my contact details got out and as to how Woolworths would take no action to find out who gave my number out or who “stole” my number.
