Consumer Line non - existent

<p>Good day I purchased a packet of 5 Caramel Swiss Roll at the Elridge Woolworths on Sa****ay. Only to discover that the one swissroll was one the roll and no filling. I have been trying to contact the Consumer Service line ***( printed onthe back of the packet) since Monday. The call is answered and promted to make a selection. Once you make a slection you are cut off. So how do you complain about a service if the service line is not working. I purchase from Woolworths, thinking that you will receive quality and then this is what you get. </p>
