I just wanted to say that the vouchers loaded onto our profiles are such a lovely gesture—definitely not something you have to do, but it’s really appreciated.

I did want to share a small piece of feedback. I’ve had a few chats with others about the types of vouchers being issued. For example, someone who shops halaal receiving a wine voucher, or a busy mom who mainly buys kids’ clothing getting a cosmetics voucher she may not really use.

It’s honestly just a small observation, but I think the vouchers could feel even more special if they were a bit more tailored to customers’ shopping habits.
