Constant phoning for money not due

My husband was put on disability, the insurance settled the account, Woolworths accounts processed incorrect journals and they are harassing my husband three times a day to pay the money that we do not owe. They are terrible, my husband can not hear adding to his stress being on disability. They will cause him having fits again. The credit is sitting in another account and they they do not phone for.
