Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Woolworths Retail South Africa *Review:* Service was poor I can't believe spending an hour in Woolworths *Rating:* What a horrible experience I visit them yesterday.Bought 4 whipped cream instead of full cream price was R44.00for two .The whipping cream was 32.99 each total for wasR131.99 .They make me wait for more than 45 minutes while all of them are busy packing online orders .When they decided to help me the transaction took more than 45 minutes from one till to another.I get home realised that I was over charge contact the store to speak to a two difference ladies second ladies was Tolu which promised the Manger on Duty contact me which never happened .I was really shocked for Woolworths poor service in the North you will never get this type of service.I don't think I will go back to the store out of 5.
