Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Woolworths Retail South Africa *Rating:* 3 out of 5 *Review:* Since woolworths introduced the MY DIFFERENCE LOYALTY benefit it has caused so much frustration, you go in to redeem the voucher they send you on the app and evertime there is a problem, it is not clear on what you can usr the voucher for, example they will say x amount off food, you purchase foods but then it does not deduct the voucher, so today I wasted 30 minutes at the till trying to redeem R25 off of a purchase of R250 or more. The supervisor at the store said its only redeemable online when it clearly states on the app only available in store. This new benefit is not worth shopping at Woolworths, to time consuming.
