Confirmation letter

<p>I called woolworths requesting the confirmation letter stating that i dont have three accounts with them but two, spoke to Busisiwe she tried to help and i was appreciative. and today i called again requesting the letter spoke to a lady at recovery by the name of *****ba she was rude and unhelpful, she didnt even give me time to expalin to her my setuation. until i just lashed out at her explaining to her why i needed the letter. thats when she gave me the email address to send to recoveries. can someone please assit by sending me the letter as my money is being paid into a ghost account which i dont have a clue how and it can be duplicated. its impossible for someone to have 2 credit cards with one store. all i need is a confirmation letter nothing major please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
