Compost in salad - Woollies ??

This evening I opened my Rosa salad I bought at WW. On opening it I noticed something foreign at the bottom of the container. I picked it up to smell what it could be and to my horror and disgust I realised it was compost!??I was sick to my stomach thinking that I or someone else could have ingested that *******. Quality control??? I THINK NOT.
