Compliments to Theresa Jacobs at Woolworths N1 City

I would like to compliment one specific person at Woolworths, N1 City for the amazing customer service which she provided me with yesterday. Her name is Theresa Jacobs and she really went the extra mile by coming to my home to remove a security tag which should have been removed in store and surprisingly did not set off the alarm when I exited the shop.

Theresa went out of her way for me due to an inconvenience caused by another employee and still brought me flowers and chocolates as an apology. That was definitely unexpected but highly appreciated.

Thank you Theresa Jacobs. We need more people like you in this country. You're a star.
