Compliment to staff and Complaint to the retail(Woolworths)

Received good services from a lady called Portia Mtimkulu at Woolworths Vaal Mall cellphone section this week and I just want to say keep up the good work.

What I noticed is that at Woolworths Vaal Mall no one bothers to read or respond to reviews made by customers in that case good/bad employees will not be made aware of customer compliments/complaints to or about them. I wrote a compliment a year ago but no one acknowledged it, I went to Woolies and happen to come across the lady who gave me an excellent service and i ask her if she is aware someone wrote something good about her service she was so suprised and wasn't aware.
