Compliment for Supervisor Warren.

I've been having a problem with my order made online for the past week and after speaking to a lot of agents and requesting to speak to supervisor (Shandre) yesterday who was meant to call me and ended up not calling me. I called again this morning with minimal help and i called yet again during the day around 11am to help me out and I must say he went out of his way to help me and a company ( of any kind) needs a person like him. I'd like to thank him for his assistance and making sure i get my order and making sure am kept in the loop with everything. Thank you yet again Warren, you are a star.
