Completely useless Woolies Dash

I completed an order online for Woolies dash, it was processed, I was charged and the tracking reported the order was en route. When I went into the tracking again, all it said was “order abandoned”, no reason stated. I then proceeded to call the call centre to be told they would look into it. I must stress that the service at Woolies dash is absolutely pathetic!!! Woolies dash cancels my order and then I have to wait for my refund?? Why is payment even processed when your system does not do a delivery?! Take a lesson out of checkers 60, their service is light years ahead! Your location services don’t even seem to be able to quantify distance or determine if they can deliver. I absolutely do not understand why it was not delivered at all as I’ve seen Woolies dash drivers in my estate! So from beginning to end, this is a Woolies dash problem and yet I am having to follow up this refund! How is that service of any kind??
