Completely unacceptable customer service!!!

<p>Completely unacceptable customer service. I am utterly unimpressed about how an issue I reported yesterday has been dealt with. I have yet to be contacted by anyone about it, even though I was told that someone from MANAGEMENT would contact me. Just not good enough!!! You let me down BIG TIME yesterday with the delivery of a birthday present and the least you could is phone me about the matter!!! Unacceptable customer service Woolworths.</p>
