Complete lack of service on click and collect, items not delivered, no feedback

We frequently order click and collect from the Glen marais store. Always have issues with the drivers and deliveries which we escalated many times to the manager at the store and even their HQ. Yesterday we had another large delivery, our security could not get hold of us for 10min so they left.

On their tracking it shows ‘delivered’, their call center is saying we have to wait 7days foe a refund, and the call center lady starts shouting at you when you raise your concern.

I am so sick of the poor service and lack of escalation procedures on the click and collect
