Complaint Woolies store Flanders Mall

Just been to Woolworths Flanders Mall. Store advertised buy 2 Nutella and get mug free. Purchased and get to the till to pay and teller tells me this should be giving me the discount for the mug. Store Supervisor Pranitha tells the teller that the smaller Nutella is on promotion and not the larger one. Advised the supervisor that's not what the promotion said. Supervisor Pranitha goes back to the shelf and comes back to inform me that what I saw was incorrect. I leave my purchases at the till and walk back with her to the shelf only to see that the promotional advert had been moved to the far end to point to the smaller bottles. Very very disappointed to be made to look like a **** by a supervisor of the store. Instead of calming the situation she opted to argue with me about there being cameras in the store and that will show she hadn't moved anything, which I didn't at all accuse her of because it could have been any shopper moving the stuff whilst shopping. Really didn't appreciate that kind of service from a professional who goes through extensive training at Woolworths before even being employed by the brand. I know this cos I have worked for the same brand for a few years earlier. Wonderful brand which has obviously been shown in bad light by supervisors who are not sensitive to the loyal customers who support them daily.
